Dawn Fleming, CFRE is a highly experienced fundraising professional with 27 years in varied roles and increasing responsibility in the fundraising sector. She has raised substantial support in annual, major, capital, and planned gifts for social service and faith-based organizations and has worked at both large and small shops. Dawn launched the Major Gifts and Planned Giving program for Holy Family Passionist Retreat Center in West Hartford, CT in 2020 where she currently serves as Director.
